We offer all inclusive fixed fees to register by-laws, including consolidation of the strata scheme's by-laws. Contact us for a fixed fee quote along with your strata manager's contact details, if available.
What you'll need
If you are renovating your apartment, you will likely need to have those renovation works approved by the owners corporation at a general meeting and prepare a by-law approving the works, giving you the obligation for the ongoing repair and maintenance of the works.
To help us prepare your by-law faster, it would help us if you could provide us with:
- The apartment address
- The apartment lot and strata plan number (it will be on your levies and looks like "Lot 1, SP12345")
- If you know them, your strata manager's contact details
- A description of your renovation works, including any plans, drawings, specifications or diagrams provided by an architect, engineer or builder
- Confirmation if all of the works have been complete
