Raymon Anderson is a Special Counsel at Chambers Russell Lawyers practicing in litigation including liability claims, complex and sensitive claims, deceased estates and alternative dispute resolution.
Raymon has over 12 years’ of legal experience including for the NSW public sector as well as corporate and private clients. Raymon has successfully managed many complex and sensitive claims including in construction and strata, defects and property damage, insurance and indemnity, negligence and personal injury, institutional abuse cases, public and occupier’s liability, deceased estate disputes, employment and discrimination, procedural fairness and general advice work. Raymon has extensive court room and advocacy experience and brings additional expertise to clinical matters with his Medical Science degree. He is an expert practitioner in dispute resolution and regularly conducts settlement conferences, conciliation conferences and mediations.
Raymon holds a Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the College of Law and a Preliminary Certificate in Theology from Moore College. Raymon has contributed to various publications of the NSW Young Lawyers and the NSW Law Society including the Practitioners Guide to Civil Litigation and articles in the Law Society Journal. Raymon has admissions and memberships which include:
