  1. Agreement
    1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Chambers Russell Pty Ltd ACN 161 920 976 (“Chambers Russell”) allows the access, review and use of:

      (a) its website, which has the root domain www.chambersrussell.com.au; and

      (b) the content, data, information, intellectual property of all kinds and publications accessible through the Website from time to time; 

      (together the “Website”).

    2. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in respect to any claim, dispute or litigation that arises out of your access to the Website or in respect of these Terms.
    3. We do not represent that we are entitled to provide legal advice or services in any other jurisdiction outside of New South Wales, Australia.
