  1. Agreement
    1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”set out the basis on which Chambers Russell Pty Ltd ACN 161 920 976 (“Chambers Russell”allows the access, review and use of:

      (a) its website, which has the root domain www.chambersrussell.com.au; and

      (b) the content, data, information, intellectual property of all kinds and publications accessible through the Website from time to time; 

      (together the “Website”).
    2. In these Terms a reference to:

      (a) “access”, “accessed”, “accessible” or “accessing” includes a reference to “browse”, “cache”, “display”, “download”, “peruse”, “read”, “retrieve”, “review”, “print”, and “use”, and any other form or tense of those words as the context requires;

      (f) “Web Portal” means any web-portal facility to which access is provided through the Website and includes a reference to content, data, information and publications accessible through such web-portal; and

      (g) “you” or “your” means a reference to any person accessing the Website.
    3. You acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Terms as varied from time to time.
    4. These Terms do not derogate from any terms set out elsewhere on the Website or within any other content published by Chambers Russell that is not accessible through the Website.

    2. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in respect to any claim, dispute or litigation that arises out of your access to the Website or in respect of these Terms.
    3. We do not represent that we are entitled to provide legal advice or services in any other jurisdiction outside of New South Wales, Australia.
